Job summary

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is seeking a Sales professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of RCBC products, with an assignment in Del Monte, QC.

In this role you will assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective activities to market our retail banking offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in sales and banking environment; able to lead and adapt.
• Strong in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Graduated with a business-related degree (4-year).
• Familiar with bank products and services.
