Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-focused candidate to support the Business Center in attaining its volume objectives. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager, planning and reporting on sales calls, and developing activities to market retail banking products.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and proven ability to work in a banking environment with strong strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learnings as leadership tools.
• Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies.
• At least a 4-year graduate in a business-related program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
