Job summary

RCBC in General Santos is seeking a results-driven sales professional to support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts and cross-selling YGC banking products to grow the Business Center's volume.

You will prepare monthly and daily sales call plans, track activities, and ensure accurate recording of action plans and essential information. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in sales within a banking environment are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Experience in sales within a banking environment is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of risk controls and banking policies.
• Experience with credit evaluation and analysis.
• Understanding of bank products and services.
• 4-year degree as minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
• Support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products.
