NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Banking Industry to join our Makati City team. This full-time role leads critical technology initiatives in banking, overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business, 5-7 years in project management with 3 years in banking, and PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of PM experience with at least 3 years in banking/financial services.
• Professional PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute IT projects within the banking industry.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholder communications and report progress to executives.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
