Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management or tech leadership.
• Experience managing software development projects from initiation to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, MS Project or similar PM tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology initiatives.
• Define project requirements, plans, timelines aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, designers, infra.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, tracking, releases.
• Monitor budgets, resources, utilization, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; escalate critical concerns.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
