NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from inception to completion in Makati City. This full-time role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, aligning IT capabilities with business objectives and driving innovation in project delivery.

The role requires planning, execution, and cross-functional leadership with a focus on governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' IT project management experience.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and governance.

• Plan and define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and guidance to ensure delivery.
