NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from inception to completion in Makati City. The role requires planning, execution, and cross-functional leadership with a focus on governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' IT project management experience.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and guidance to ensure delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders with regular reports.
• Manage changes and scope with change control processes.
• Oversee quality assurance to meet specifications and standards.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures for cost-effective delivery.
• Document outcomes and lessons learned to drive improvements.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure contract terms and SLAs.
