Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Banking Industry Background to join our Makati City team. This full-time role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects within banking and financial services, ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and translate business needs into technical solutions while adhering to PM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, PM or related field.
• 5-7 years PM experience; 3+ years in banking/regulatory industries.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, BSP regulations, risk & information security.
• PM methodologies: PMP, Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
• PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, define project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables with stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead cross-functional teams across tech, business and operations.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, risks, issues and dependencies through lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients and leadership; provide regular updates and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and value.
