FilInvest Corp. City - Commercenter, Alabang, City Of Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, NCR Philippines, seeks a Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) to guide clients through savings and investment products, ensuring all documentation is properly completed.

You will handle day-to-day financial transactions, assist with deposits, withdrawals, bills, loan payments, and open/close accounts while ensuring SOP compliance, delivering excellent service, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to report onsite
• Amenable to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna
