Job summary

RCBC in Cebu is seeking a diligent candidate to provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role requires compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and bank policies, with a strong emphasis on risk awareness and service excellence within the branch.

Successful applicants will be able to support business objectives through excellent customer service, and be willing to be assigned in Greenhills as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Capable to deal with complexity, efficient in decision-making, diligent, and practices effective time management.
• Has controlling and monitoring skills and has a sense of security awareness.
• Empathic and can easily engage with people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turn around time, error-free processing of transactions).
• Support in process improvement and technology implementation on all systems used in the branch and implement accurately per bank policies and procedures.
• Engage with the branch's clients to offer excellent customer service and experience.
• Work systematically to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
