Qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct B2C collections experience as a Collections Team Leader.
• Proven experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership with hands-on people management.
• Must be based near an Emapta office location.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of open, honest, and transparent communication.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
• Motivate and guide the team toward monthly performance targets.
• Serve as the primary point of support for team challenges.
• Lead coaching sessions and conduct regular team meetings.
• Monitor team performance and manage underperformance.
• Track, analyze, and report KPI metrics.
• Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion.
