• Familiar with CSP (Counselor Salespersons) or B2B sales approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to present solutions using PowerPoint and influence decision makers.
• Strong listening, persuasion, storytelling, and questioning skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

• Initiate outbound sales contact to schedule qualified demonstrations and build pipeline.
• Prospect new business from assigned lists through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Identify qualified prospects and locate decision makers on agency websites.

• Complete training programs and report to team supervisor with guidance.
