MicroSourcing is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and build a robust pipeline in the Australian telco space. You will identify decision-makers, engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and convert conversations into qualified appointments for the sales team.

This onsite role at BGC, Taguig offers a day shift and exposure to mid-market and enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound telesales or related sales role with B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• High energy and a positive can-do attitude.
• Interest in mobility, ICT, and emerging SaaS technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers in Mid Market and Enterprise segments.
• Build pipeline through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and personalise messaging.
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure proper handover to BDMs for next steps.
• Track KPIs and report on pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
