Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Manager, Sales & Service Support (B2B AU Telco) to lead outbound prospecting, build pipeline, and convert prospects into qualified appointments for the client enterprise segment.

You will manage a two-domain sales support team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accurate order execution, billing accuracy, and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B account management, sales support, or customer service role.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes from proposal to quoting.
• Experience in telecommunications or ICT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales support specialists across two domains.
• Manage team performance, attendance, workload, and capacity planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and create tailored growth plans.
• Escalate complex issues outside SLA and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth opportunities including up-sell and cross-sell.
• Oversee end-to-end billing lifecycle and ensure billing accuracy.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage escalations.
• Lead CRM transformation and advocate process improvements.
