MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Outbound Telesales Representative for AU Telco clients. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building pipeline, and converting prospects into qualified appointments across Mid Market and Enterprise segments.

You will drive multi-channel outreach, maintain CRM records and work with BMDs to ensure smooth handovers, thriving in a target-driven, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years in Outbound Telesales or related B2B sales roles.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
• High energy with a can-do attitude.
• Interest in mobility, ICT and SaaS technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers for outbound outreach.
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate opportunities.
• Personalise messaging based on industry challenges and client solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments with clear criteria.
• Maintain outbound lead ownership in CRM and ensure proper handovers to BDMs.
