Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in the Philippines, is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager (B2B AU Telco) for onsite work at BGC, Taguig. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

You will lead or support programs, mentor junior PMs, manage budgets, and ensure governance and reporting. This day-shift, onsite opportunity offers growth within a high-performance team at MicroSourcing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management with a proven track record.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, managing resources, schedules, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large initiatives, planning, execution and reporting.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong client and cross-functional relationships.
• Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and project documentation with clarity and timeliness.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and change requests to ensure financial KPIs are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and industry best practices; implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and guide junior PMs, promote adoption of ePMO services and improve team competency.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and contribute to tools, templates and procedures.
• Produce high-quality executive communications and drive cross-department coordination.
