Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver client projects in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder engagement, leading cross-functional teams in a B2B AU Telco setting.

The PM may lead projects directly or support senior managers on strategic programs, requiring strong finance control, communication, and mentoring skills to strengthen the team and ensure success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers or Program Managers on strategic initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and build relationships with clients, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare status updates, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage change requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote ePMO adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and tool development.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for executives.
• Coordinate across departments and with external partners for smooth delivery.
• Navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
