Job summary

MNLeistung Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Software Solutions) to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the Philippines. You will conduct product demonstrations, tailor software solutions to client needs, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The Senior Sales Manager path includes leading and coaching the sales team to meet targets while pursuing career growth within a growing technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in software/IT/SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
• Leadership experience preferred for Senior Sales Manager applicants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend the most suitable software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Grow and manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
• For Senior Sales Manager applicants, lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
