• Deliver specialized instruction in pipeline creation, objection defense, and contract closing for high-volume B2B direct acquisition.

• Build diagnostic assessment frameworks, written knowledge tests, and skill verification benchmarks to certify staff readiness.

• Mentor and supervise newly onboarded instructional specialists, ensuring standardized facilitation across all modules.

• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to translate call evaluation data into actionable performance drills.

• Serve as the functional liaison for client partners, providing analytical visibility into learner progression and cohort milestones.

• Maintain flexibility for offshore travel to facilitate international account integrations.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated tenure (3+ years) managing contact center training delivery, ideally supporting outbound or commercial campaigns.
