Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects through outbound calling, lead generation, and other business development activities.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive long-term relationships with business clients.
• Introduce and communicate telecommunications products, solutions, and services to prospective customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews.
• Discuss and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements while closing opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support onboarding and customer success.
• Keep informed about industry developments and market trends.
