Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of leads and deals, track daily activities, coach reps, and align across Recruitment, Finance and Service Delivery to drive a unified go-to-market strategy.

The role requires a strong operations background, deep B2B sales knowledge, and proficiency with CRM tools to build dashboards and automate processes. You’ll be part of a growing team in a dynamic BPO environment with growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in operations management.
• End-to-end B2B sales knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Zoho CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of leads and deals in the pipeline.
• Monitor and report daily sales activities and KPIs.
• Mentor sales team on operational best practices.
• Analyze data to forecast and spot revenue or efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Finance and Service Delivery teams.
• Refine sales workflows and build scalable operations.
