Job summary
CO Careers in Clark Pampanga is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee, optimize, and streamline our sales processes onsite. You will manage leads, track deals, and monitor daily activities to ensure peak performance. Schedule 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM supports our B2B operations.
The ideal candidate has deep end-to-end B2B sales and operations background. You will coach reps, spot opportunities, and collaborate with Recruitment, Finance, and Service Delivery to drive a unified go-to-market
Qualifications
- Strong background in operations management and scalable workflows.
- End-to-end B2B sales knowledge from lead gen to onboarding.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage data and dashboards.
- Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional projects.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and coach teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee lifecycle of leads and deals in the pipeline with accurate tracking.
- Monitor daily sales activities and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Coach sales reps on operational best practices and CRM hygiene.
- Analyze data to identify roadblocks and new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Finance and Service Delivery teams for alignment.
- Refine sales workflows to support scalable growth.
