Job summary

Mactan Rock Industries, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth in Zamboanga and nearby areas. You will identify opportunities, promote products and services, visit clients, present solutions, and build a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial/tech sectors.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits within Zamboanga City and nearby areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
• With a valid driver’s license and ability to drive is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities within Zamboanga and nearby areas.
• Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Negotiate with clients within approved company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Monitor sales opportunities from initial inquiry through closing and collection.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to address customer requirements.
• Attend company meetings, sales activities, exhibits, seminars, and other business-related events when required.
• Assist in product presentations, technical discussions, and customer demonstrations as needed.
• Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education
