Job summary

Mactan Rock Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in Zamboanga and nearby areas.

You will promote products, build a robust pipeline, and conduct client visits and presentations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, coordinating with Operations, and delivering regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience in industrial markets.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork within Zamboanga City and nearby areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to travel as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities in Zamboanga and nearby areas.
• Promote and sell products/services; conduct client visits and demonstrations.
• Maintain customer databases and sales pipeline; prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to fulfill orders.
• Submit regular sales activity and achievement reports.
