Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services; may upsell when applicable.
• Work within the dedicated territory for an established client.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client needs.
• Guide customers through onboarding and promote product adoption.
• Maintain CRM with timely data capture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Handle high volume outbound calls and emails professionally.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet expectations.
