Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking a Territory Sales Associate to drive revenue within the assigned territory by developing new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s products.

You will conduct field visits, cold calls, and site visits to generate leads, meet sales targets, and coordinate with the Territory Sales Manager. A B2B sales background and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required.
• Preferably with experience in construction, lighting, electrical, building materials, or related industries.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; undergraduate candidates may be considered if they have extensive and relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell products/services to existing and prospective B2B clients.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Generate leads and develop new clients and opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis among clients to identify solutions.
• Leverage industry networks to generate opportunities.
• Assist clients with orders and purchase-related needs.
• Prepare and submit daily productivity and weekly sales reports.
• Gather data on customer needs, competition, and market conditions.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and work toward targets.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Manager on issues and resolutions.
• Perform other sales-related duties as needed.
