Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales training or coaching role.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment preferred.
• Experience using Sales Navigator and LinkedIn tools for sales.
• Professional certifications in sales training or coaching are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for LinkedIn Talent Solutions sales team.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for SDRs and AEs.
• Provide personalized coaching and actionable feedback to drive growth.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities and track progress.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and playbooks.
• Contribute to creation of training materials and onboarding content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, LinkedIn updates, and competitor strategies.
• Lead quality initiatives and identify upskilling areas.
• Report on training effectiveness during business reviews.
