Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer to lead client education and onboarding, ensuring the highest level of product adoption in a SaaS environment.

This role blends B2B sales experience with coaching and enablement. You will conduct 1:1 and group trainings for B2B clients, design programs to boost adoption, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to close training gaps, and create playbooks, videos, and certification content for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or sales training experience.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or software industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Zoom/MS Teams, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills to measure training ROI and adoption.
• Must be amenable to onsite setup in Spark Cubao.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions for B2B clients on product features, best practices, and onboarding workflows
• Design and deliver training programs that improve product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify training gaps and create targeted enablement materials
• Develop playbooks, videos, and certification content for both clients and internal sales teams
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness using adoption metrics, feedback, and time-to-value data
• Serve as subject matter expert for new product releases and feature updates
