Concentrix Philippines is seeking a B2B Sales Coach to partner with global technology leaders, driving advanced sales techniques and consultative selling for the LinkedIn Talent Solutions team. You will deliver both in-person and virtual training, coach SDRs and AEs, and translate performance metrics into targeted development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, ongoing learning, and staying current with industry trends to support growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales training or coaching role, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related sales tools.
• Proven success in sales roles (AE/SDR) with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset to translate sales data into coaching insights.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for LinkedIn Talent Solutions sales teams focusing on advanced sales techniques and consultative selling.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions in-person and virtual to upskill SDRs and AEs.
• Provide personalized coaching and actionable feedback to drive individual performance.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify gaps and design targeted coaching plans.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies and training materials.
• Contribute to onboarding for new hires and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Lead quality initiatives and report coaching impact during business reviews.
