Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines seeks a QA/Trainer to coach our B2B sales team and handle quality assurance until a dedicated QA team is formed. This dual role blends training delivery with QA reviews of calls, demos, and emails to ensure messaging and quality standards are met.

You will develop training materials, call scorecards, and coaching frameworks; conduct 1:1 and group sessions; track training effectiveness and QA metrics; collaborate with Sales Management to close skill gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales with proven performance.
• Prior experience in sales training, enablement, or quality assurance is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN and related methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools Salesforce and HubSpot and call recording tools like Gong.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive coaching and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and continuous training for B2B sales team members on product, sales process, and best practices.
• Perform QA reviews of sales calls, demos, and email communications to ensure quality standards and messaging alignment.
• Develop training materials, sales playbooks, call scorecards, and coaching frameworks.
• Provide 1:1 and group coaching sessions based on QA findings to improve sales performance.
• Track and report on training effectiveness, ramp time, and QA metrics.
• Establish QA processes and documentation to transition to a dedicated QA team as the company scales.
