Concentrix Philippines is seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Coach to design and deliver targeted training for our LinkedIn Talent Solutions sales team. You will mentor SDRs and Account Executives, turning insights into coaching actions and performance gains.

You will develop engaging programs, analyze metrics, and partner with leadership to stay aligned with best practices in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales training or coaching role, preferably tech or SaaS.
• Experience with Sales Navigator.
• Proven sales track record, ideally AE or SDR.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into coaching insights.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Professional certifications in sales coaching are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for LinkedIn Talent Solutions sales team focusing on advanced sales techniques and consultative selling.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for SDRs and AEs.
• Provide personalized coaching to drive growth and improve performance.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities and track progress.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies and align with best practices.
• Create and evolve training materials and playbooks.
• Support onboarding for new hires and stay current on industry trends.
