Job summary

Monoprice is seeking a dedicated Account Manager in the Philippines to support, maintain, and grow the assigned B2B accounts. You will communicate regularly about products, promotions, and service details, and work with internal teams to resolve inquiries and close sales.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer support or sales, strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support and some sales techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Email, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned accounts.
• Communicate with assigned accounts on ongoing basis about products, promotions and company information.
• Answer questions and resolve issues related to potential sales or sales in process.
• Assist in upgrading or enhancing accounts.
• Sell products.
• Handle high volume calls and emails.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure quality service.
• Maintain courteous, knowledgeable attitude with customers.
• Research inquiries and requests.
• Meet weekly/monthly performance metrics.
• Keep accounts current by updating databases.
• Grow existing customers through excellent support and sales techniques.
• Escalate inquiries to management when needed.
• Collaborate with accounting, demand forecasting, sales, and warehouse as needed.
