Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in food ingredients, foodservice, HORECA, bakery, FMCG, or distribution is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable with field/client visits.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts
• Present products and recommend solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
• Conduct client visits and regular account follow-ups
• Coordinate orders and client requirements with internal teams
• Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain updated client and sales records
