Job summary

Flatworld Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an outbound sales professional to contact business owners and decision-makers, qualify prospects, and drive funding and sales opportunities through structured campaigns. Graveyard shift with onsite offices in Davao City.

You will handle gatekeepers, present offers including a LED Lighting Catalogue and gifts, maintain CRM records, and meet daily and weekly targets. Excellent English and 6+ months B2B cold-calling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of outbound B2B cold-calling experience.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience qualifying prospects and assessing customer fit.
• Strong objection-handling and active listening skills.
• Commitment to long‑term employment and performance consistency.
• Experience in lead qualification, appointment setting, or outbound telesales (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach the appropriate contact person.
• Introduce promotional offers including a free LED Lighting Catalogue and complimentary gift incentives.
• Determine prospect interest, needs, and eligibility based on campaign guidelines.
• Qualify opportunities before transferring them to the client's closing team.
• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Meet daily and weekly qualification and activity targets.
