Concentrix is seeking a B2B Outbound Sales/Renewal Specialist to engage business customers, identify needs, and articulate value, based at Bridgetowne, Quezon City (border of Pasig and Rizal).

You will manage a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, update CRM records, meet targets, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure a smooth client experience and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B Renewals experience or combination of 2 years in B2B Renewals and outbound sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and manage professional business conversations.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.

The B2B Outbound Sales/Renewal Sales Specialist role is responsible for engaging business customers through proactive outreach to support revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, building connections with decision-makers, communicating the value of products or services, and managing sales activities that contribute to business retention and growth.

• Customer and Prospect Engagement
• Conduct outbound communication with business customers and prospects through calls, emails, and other approved channels.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Understand customer business needs and position suitable solutions effectively.
• Sales Pipeline and Opportunity Support
• Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely progression of opportunities.
• Update and manage customer and opportunity records accurately in CRM systems.
• Revenue and Performance Management
• Meet or exceed defined sales, activity, and productivity targets.
• Track outreach efforts, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Contribute to overall team revenue goals and business growth objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, account management, and operations.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to support business improvements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B Renewals experience OR combination of overall 2 years of experience in B2B Renewals and (B2B) outbound sales
• Commitment to working onsite and build a long-term career here in Concentrix
• Business-to-business (B2B) experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and manage professional business conversations.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contacts and opportunities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
• Amenable to working onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (on the border of Pasig and Rizal)
