Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead qualification, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Quickly engage all inbound inquiries.
• Ensure leads are sufficiently qualified before passing them over to the sales team. Quickly route unqualified leads to the appropriate team for additional support.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• If unqualified, document the purpose of the initial inquiry to better inform the lead generation process.
