Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Quickly engage all inbound inquiries.
• Ensure leads are sufficiently qualified before passing them to the sales team; route unqualified leads for additional support.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating and following up to move opportunities through the funnel.
• If unqualified, document the purpose of the initial inquiry to inform lead generation.
