Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales, lead gen, or outbound roles.

Responsibilities

• Research potential B2B customers and identify decision-makers.
• Build and maintain organized prospect lists based on defined profiles and criteria.
• Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Create personalized messages to generate interest and start conversations with prospects.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, authority, budget and timing.
• Schedule qualified meetings and provide prospect information to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor outreach activity, responses, and progress.
