Job summary

Asiatel Outsourcing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support Canadian retail accounts from our Manila-area offices. You will drive outbound calls to retailers, maintain relationships, and identify replenishment opportunities to grow product sales.

You will work with CRM systems, stay organized, and meet activity targets while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience that aligns with our emphasis on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B phone or inside sales or account management.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts, not just one-off deals.
• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills to uncover needs and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Canadian retail accounts through outbound calling.
• Contact stores regularly to maintain coverage and consistent communication.
• Build relationships with store owners, managers, buyers and other decision-makers.
• Conduct high-volume sales conversations with a professional, personable approach.
• Prepare for calls by reviewing previous orders, inventory needs, and follow-up requirements.
• Capture calls and outcomes in the CRM and track follow-ups.
