TigerUX is seeking a proactive Sales Development/Account Associate in the Philippines to drive new accounts through outbound calling, manage leads, and document client information for job creation. You will maintain CRM records, track activities, and communicate professionally with US-based clients.

You will handle objections within defined parameters, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and confident English communication with neutral accent.
• 2+ years in contact center (B2B or SaaS) with KPI track record.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and short outbound cycles.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Gather and document client information required for job creation.
