Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to guide an Inside Sales team in a fast-growing market. You will lead, coach, and close complex B2B deals while modeling best practices and sustaining revenue growth.

Core tasks include pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, collaboration with Marketing and Operations, and setting clear KPIs. You will also design growth plans, conduct 1:1s, and drive customer success through effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and ability to independently lead and close sales calls.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
• 2+ years in a managerial role with direct ownership for revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Generate new business and close deals while modeling best practices.
• Provide expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for seamless sales-to-service alignment.
• Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team culture.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for team members.
• Create personalized growth plans for career progression
• Track performance and implement skill and productivity improvement strategies
• Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor metrics to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
• Leverage insights to design training and development initiatives.
