Job summary

MechaniGo.ph is seeking a Fleet Sales Officer to develop and grow our B2B fleet service accounts. You will leverage existing corporate networks to generate recurring service bookings and partnerships, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closure.

Based in Metro Manila, the role focuses on building lasting relationships with fleet operators, dealerships, and logistics providers, targeting sustained revenue growth for Mechanigo.ph's fleet services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Existing network or established connections with fleet owners, companies, dealerships, logistics providers, or other B2B clients is highly preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, fleet services, automotive, or customer relations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive services or fleet management is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet with corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop B2B fleet accounts through existing networks, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, companies, dealerships, logistics providers, and other potential corporate clients.
• Identify fleet service needs and recommend appropriate Mechanigo services and solutions.
• Generate and close fleet service bookings and business accounts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service packages for corporate clients.
• Follow up with existing and prospective accounts to drive repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
