Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a candidate to drive regional supply growth by sourcing and managing partnerships with fleet owners across the Philippines. You will play a crucial role in building a local ecosystem of partners to enhance the platform's attractiveness for fleet operators.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development or Fleet Management with strong negotiation and analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Fleet Management.
• Experience in Mobility, Automotive, or Logistics is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex B2B negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new fleet partners.
• Lead negotiations and contracting processes.
• Monitor KPIs of partner drivers including utilization and churn.
