Job summary

SM Store is seeking a corporate sales professional to build and manage business client relationships, drive revenue growth, and tailor solutions for corporate needs. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach across calls, emails, and meetings.

You will generate leads, coordinate with internal units, present new product offerings, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery while maintaining detailed client records for retention and reactivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer support with a corporate/B2B focus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate client accounts, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and close coordination with internal business units.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on the business needs of each corporate client.
• Engage with B2B clients via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and meetings to present new product offerings, trends, and special promotions.
• Process orders, upsell, and cross-sell to meet corporate clients’ requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order history, and account updates using the appropriate tools and systems to support both retention and reactivation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of corporate orders.
• Ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first attitude, making client satisfaction and loyalty a top priority.
