TP is seeking a Collection Associate to manage B2B accounts receivable portfolios and drive timely collections while preserving strong customer relationships. The role involves follow-ups on overdue invoices, dispute coordination, and reconciliation duties to support healthy cash flow.

US shift flexibility is required to support a global portfolio. Candidates should have 2–5 years in AR/collections, experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and CEFR C1 English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a degree in commerce/finance/accounting.
• Minimum 2–5 years in accounts receivable or collections.
• Experience with AR processes in shared services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned customer portfolios and aging buckets to achieve collection targets.
• Conduct collections via calls and emails and follow up on payment commitments.
• Coordinate with Billing, Sales and Cash Application teams to resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and account status histories.
• Support AP portal activities, invoice submissions, and PO issues.
• Escalate critical accounts per governance processes.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA requirements while ensuring a positive customer experience.
