Job summary

Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a Collections/ Credit Control professional in the Philippines to manage client ledgers and ensure timely payments. You will contact clients, apply defined processes, and improve collections practices while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will communicate in English, work with Oracle Advanced Collections, and strive to meet targets. The role emphasizes accuracy, professional communication, and effective problem solving in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Experience working in a business-to-business Collections / Credit Control environment.
• Experience of communicating with English-speaking clients.
• Strong fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to articulate and communicate professionally.
• Strong customer service skills through multiple channels (phone, email).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet changing deadlines and targets.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Use telephone and email to contact clients about outstanding debts.
• Decide next actions based on processes, case history and judgement for each client.
• Record client communications in Oracle Advanced Collections system.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated cash occurrences.
• Negotiate payments and solutions to address client concerns.
• Maintain goodwill with internal and external clients over time.
• Meet a variety of qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Reprioritize workload to achieve targets amid changing demands.
• Escalate issues affecting money recovery as needed.
• Ensure tasks align with Service Level Agreement objectives.
