ROUXEL TP is seeking a Cash Application Analyst for B2B Accounts Receivable in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate cash application, timely reconciliation of accounts, and resolving cash exceptions to support healthy cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash application, bank reconciliations, payment research and exception management.
• Experience with ERP systems and AR tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments via ACH, Wire, Lockbox and other channels.
• Investigate unapplied cash and perform payment research.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve short payments/ discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Collections, Billing, disputes and customers to resolve payment exceptions.
• Support month-end activities and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, productivity targets and quality standards.
