GEA Group is seeking a billing specialist to manage daily invoicing for spare parts and service projects within NAM service. You will handle inquiries, prepare invoices in SAP or MS Axapta, and ensure timely payment to clients.

Work with CSRs and cross-functional teams while supporting a multi-location group. Requires 2–3 years B2B billing experience and strong computer skills, with US Eastern Time shift expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a billing role (B2B) supporting inside sales to industrial customers.
• Capable of supporting a multi-location team efficiently and accurately.
• Proficient with SAP, MS Axapta, CRM, MS Office or able to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily billing processes for spare parts and service projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries on billing via email, phone, or portals.
• Create, audit, and transmit invoices in SAP or MS Axapta.
• Maintain customer and company data for online portals and ERP.
• Coordinate with CSRs to correct billing errors to ensure prompt payment.
• Communicate billing needs with customers.
• Collaborate with Collections, Sales, Division, and Region.
• Balance open tasks with priorities.
• Handle other AR tasks as directed.
