Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist (Revenue Operations) to manage invoice auditing, contract reviews, order processing, and revenue reconciliation for SaaS and hardware products.

The role involves night shifts to align with US business hours and supports mid-month and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in Revenue Cycle or Billing, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in Revenue Cycle or Billing (SaaS/finance background preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with Salesforce or MS Access is a plus.
• Familiarity with high-transaction environments and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
• Night shifts / graveyard schedule aligning with US operations.

Responsibilities

• Invoice & Order Management: Review contracts, process sales orders, and manage billing for SaaS products, integrated hardware, and resident utility accounts (RUBS).
• Reconciliation: Match hardware shipments with subscription activations and process credits, rebills, and account adjustments.
• Client & Internal Support: Resolve billing queries, explain policies to clients, and collaborate across departments.
• Financial Close: Assist with mid-month and month-end close duties and maintain strong internal controls.

• Invoice & Order Management: Review contracts, process sales orders, and manage billing for SaaS products, integrated hardware, and resident utility accounts (RUBS).
