Job summary

Offshore 24/7 seeks an energetic outbound B2B appointment-setter to contact Australian businesses, book qualified meetings, and hand off to senior leadership. You’ll use a provided lead list, script, and training to establish interest with decision-makers.

Role is on-site in Clark Freeport Zone, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine time, with a base of ₱35,000–₱40,000 and uncapped monthly commission potential of ₱30,000–₱40,000 after ramp-up.

Qualifications

• At least one year of outbound B2B appointment-setting or lead-generation experience.
• Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers.
• Clear, confident spoken English and ability to follow a script.
• Good organisation and accurate CRM notes and follow-ups.
• Availability to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine time.

Responsibilities

• Call businesses from the supplied lead list and follow up warm leads.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers.
• Explain the offering clearly, answer initial questions and handle objections.
• Book qualified appointments and provide useful notes for senior leadership.
• Keep call outcomes, appointments and follow-ups updated in the CRM.
• Work towards clear call, appointment and quality targets.
