Offshore 24/7 is hiring a B2B Appointment Setter to target the Australian market from Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines. This is an office-based, full-time role with a Philippine time day shift and uncapped commission potential.

You will make outbound calls to Australian business owners, overcome gatekeepers, and schedule qualified appointments for senior leadership while maintaining CRM records. Benefits include Day 1 HMO, 13th month pay, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Two years of outbound B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
• Experience calling Australian businesses
• Proven track record of booking appointments with decision-makers
• Fluent spoken English with professional phone manner
• Strong objection-handling and gatekeeper-navigation skills
• Ability to follow a script without sounding scripted
• Experience using a CRM and outbound dialer
• Available to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Monday to Friday
